In order to gain competitive advantage in supply chain and occupy more market share in the market,so as to maximize profit,many enterprises participate in the market competition within the supply chain or among supply chains.Due to the uncertainty of information and complexity of decision-making environment,how to choose competitive strategy,how to determine the optimal sales prices and quantities are key issues to be solved in the supply chain management.Based on the research literature at home and abroad,the competition of supply chain enterprises under fuzzy environment is discussed in this paper.The mainly studies are as follows:(1)The problem of competition among retailers under fuzzy environment is studied.Firstly,the game model of competition with two competitive retailers is proposed and the optimal strategy for four patterns is discussed;Secondly,the game model of competition among multiple retailers is constructed,and the optimal strategy of Cournot competition and Stackelberg competition is developed,analyzing the factors of the market equilibrium price and the optimal sales in different competition modes at the same time;Finally,the effect of fuzzy parameter on optimal sales and total market sales is studied.(2)The problem of competition with a single manufacture and two competitive retailers under fuzzy environment is studied.Firstly,the game model of competition about two competitive retailers in three competitive behaviors: Cournot,Collusion and Stackelberg is proposed and the optimal strategy of manufacture and retailers is obtained;Secondly,the influence of market size on the retail price and the wholesale price is analyzed respectively when retailers face the same market size or face different market size;Finally,the relationship about the optimal solution under different modes is considered.(3)The problem of competition between supply chains under fuzzy environment is studied.Firstly,the game model of competition between double two-echelon supply chains with a manufacture and a retailer under decentralized-decentralized,centralized-decentralized,and centralized-centralized modes is constructed by introducing interval fuzzy numbers and attitude index to demand function;Secondly,the optimal strategy of the manufacture and the retailer in these three modes is obtained;Finally,the impact of some related variables on retail price,customer demand and supply chain profit under this three competition modes is analyzed.The main results of this paper are as follow: Firstly,the fuzzy parameter or demand function variables have influence on the optimum solution;Secondly,introducing fuzzy set theory into the competition problem of enterprises in supply chain under fuzzy environment can better describe the market uncertainty and make the model more close to the real world situation;Thirdly,introducing the attitude index to construct fuzzy model in this paper can depict fuzzy preference information of decision makers and make the model more reasonable.The results also find that the changing of attitude index will not only have impact on the optimum solution,but also affect the decision results.
