Analysis And Rebuild Of TS Company's Employee Performance Review System

Recent years, with economic dimensions of globalization and rapid developments of biologic technologies, operating environments and business traits of medical industry have been undergoing drastic changes. Competition for professional and talent person has become more and more important. Employee qualities have become key element to the surviving and development of an enterprise. Chinese medical operating and marketing enterprise had not built a scientific and regular human resource management system.Based on such background, this paper researches the concepts, theories, effects, principle, content, methods and procedures of medical operating and marketing enterprise' s performance review system in view of 'Modern Enterprise System' . It takes 'TS' company as an example, thoroughly analyses and diagnoses its employee performance review system, designs a new review system in the aspects of target, standard, methods, principle and normal procedure.After one and a half year' s application, effects are taken on the following aspects, increasing of employee' s satisfaction degrees, lower brain drain, higher qualities of promotion employees, growth of marketing. It may have some value for Chinese medical marketing enterprise to build up their employee performance review system.How ever, some problems still exist in this system. For example, more details should be involved in the index of the performance review system, more attention should be pay to the edge performance, deep communication should be had in the process of performance review, the review results should be used adequately. All such problems need to be improved in the following practice.
