Research On The Evaluation Of Social Stability Risk Of Rebuild Shanty Arears In Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of China's new urbanization,especially the 2014 government work report pointed out that the transformation of about 100 million people live in shanty towns and villages construction,a series of major construction of new urbanization projects opened across the country,the development of large scale,the development of strong,but the following is the social instability the accumulation of political and social economic development seriously affect the local environment,the.Heilongjiang Province,as a large proportion of shantytowns,the transformation of the province earlier,more scientific and rational assessment of the risk of social stability and targeted control of risk.In this paper,the scientific method is used to evaluate the risk of social stability in Heilongjiang shantytowns,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the government to control the risk of social stability.First of all,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current situation of the transformation of shanty towns in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the social problems and the causes of the transformation of shanty towns.Secondly,with the help of factor analysis to identify the risk factors of social stability,the risk evaluation index system is constructed,which includes 3 first level indicators,institutional risk,political risk and environmental risk,and the 10 grade two indicators.Again,according to the evaluation data collected by experts scoring,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we can get the conclusion that the social stability risk is at the middle risk level.Finally,combined with the previous government experience,aiming at the importance of risk,social risk control suggestions were put forward in Heilongjiang province shantytowns shantytowns from the clear government responsibility,standardize shantytowns system,create shantytowns good environment.
