21st Century is a time that knowledge economy will develop very fast. And Human being who is as the first resource in the enterprises becomes more and more important and even be the key to make core competence. So how to choose a way to motivate our employees is a urgent problem to deal with at present.In this paper compensation is considered as the most effective method to motivate staff according to the theory and practical proof of famous scholars. Especially in our society that economic value is regarded as more important. Compensation is not only the reward to our staff for their effort in work, but also effect more potential means. Such as: their social position, their competency.In this paper I put forward a feasible plan for SN company after analyzing the compensation status of it. In this plan rebuild suggestion and implementation phase that gave attention to outside competitive power and inside equity are involved in. All the suggestion mentioned in this paper hoped to be used for reference for our colleagues to reset up compensation system and other similar enterprises.
