How the farmers'income can be increased has always been one of the key problems of rural development. Since the reform and the opening to outside world, the farmers' income in Inner Mongolia Province has increase a lot, and their living conditions have also been greatly improved. While in recent years, there is a tendency that the rate of per capita income growth slows down. To increase farmers'income will be the core point and the difficult one in the rural declining in the recent years. Reasons for these may be relate to both structural factors and systematic ones.Based on the analysis of characters of changes in farmers' income in Inner Mongolia, this article points out the main factors which have influences on the farmers' income growth. Of these factors, seven ones have been picked out and statistically analyzed by multiple variable regressions, and the data between agricultural investment and farmers' income are also conducted grey correlation analysis.In the end, based on the analysis result and the real situation in rural of Inner Mongolia, the paper gives some suggestion that can enhance their income.
