Study On The Influencing Factors,Problems And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Income In Tai'an

Farmers are the main body of rural development,and the level of farmers' income is directly related to the process and pace of building a new socialist countryside,eliminating poverty in an all-round way and building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is not only the need of social development,but also the inevitable choice to realize common prosperity to study how to improve farmers' income.This passage is based on the statistical yearbook data and the dynamic analysis of time series to study Taian.And it analyzes the dynamic changes of farmers' income and its influencing factors in Taian and its surrounding counties from 2010 to 2017.The main factors affecting farmers' income were obtained by correlation analysis and principal component analysis,and the multivariate regression model was further verified.On this basis,according to the two main factors that affect the income of farmers,that is,the level of education and the rate of urbanization.A questionnaire survey is carried out in the aspects of farmers' education and training,labor transfer and land use.This paper analyzes the deep practical problems restricting farmers' income,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve farmers' income in view of the problems,so as to provide certain theoretical support for the development of"agriculture,countryside and farmers"in Taian City and the promotion of rural revitalization.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the aspect of influencing factors of farmers' income.According to the indicators of statistical yearbook data,through principal component analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,the regression equation of incomeis established as follows:Y=31917.8863+0.0236*X₁+0.0197*X₂+0.0291*X₃+165.2961*X₄+0.1063*X₅+0.1394*X₆+1046.9837*X₇?Among them,X₁,X₂,X₃,X₄,X₆ and X₇ respectively represent the total power of agricultural machinery,effective irrigation area,amount of agricultural fertilizer,urbanization level,financial expenditure,the level of education of farmers?.That is to say,there is a significant correlation between the income level of farmers and the level of education and urbanization in Taian City.For every increase in the level of education of farmers,the income of farmers will increase by 1046.98units.For each increase in the level of urbanization,the income of farmers will increase by165.30 units;The level of agricultural modernization,the financial expenditure of agriculture,forestry and water,and the labor productivity are positively correlated with the disposable income of farmers,but the correlation is not high.2.In the aspect of the present situation of farmers' income in Taian City,through the comparative analysis of farmers' income by questionnaire,in terms of household income,the annual net income of rural families in Taian City has increased from 5001 yuan to 10000 yuan in 2010 to 10001 yuan to 15000 yuan in2017,and the gap between rich and poor has widened obviously.The number of households with pure agriculture as the main source of income decreased from 51.22 per cent in 2010 to19.8 per cent in 2017,and the number of households with outbound work as the main source of income increased from 10.12 per cent in 2010 to 27.19 per cent in 2017;The annual net income of rural families with pure agriculture as the main source of economy is relatively low and has not increased significantly,while the annual net income of rural families with migrant workers as the main source of economy has increased significantly.3.On the problem of farmers' income in Taian City,Through the investigation of training,labor transfer and land use,it can be seen that the main problems of farmers' training are that the cost is too high,the time is unreasonable,and the content is not realistic.The main problems of farmers working are that the standard of job skills is high,it is difficult to find a job,the job is unstable,the lack of security,the city can not stay;The main problems existing in farmers' land use are the decline of land quality,the low land income and the difficulty of land circulation.4.In the aspect of farmers' income countermeasures in Taian City,in view of the above analysis,the countermeasures to improve farmers' income are put forward as follows:?1?Improve the overall quality of farmers by strengthening education and training.?2?Break the dual structure to improve the level of urbanization.?3?pay attention to land management to improve land use efficiently.
