In today’s world,environmental issues have received increasingly attention in various countries and regions.Low-carbon economy and circular economy have become the the mainstream of Chinese society for the sustainable development.The consciousness of environmental protection is improving among the public, so the business operators should not only create the economic benefits, but also need to consider the impact of the green image for the enterprise in the market competition.First of all, this paper describes the theory of traditional gray relational analysis approach and the defects in the supplier selection,based on the research of the traditional supply chain to get a deep understanding of "green".Then it developed a new index system for green supplier evaluation on the basis of previous studies and combined with the theory of variable weights.In the traditional gray relational evaluation,the weight of each index is fixed and the index weight is equal to unity in the different programs.Using this way to obtain result is not reflected optimality and fairness.Therefore, this paper combine the gray relational analysis and the DEA model, Using the relative efficiency of proposals determined the weight of index,the weights would change with the different status values. However, the optimal weight of the model is not unique.To address this issue,it adopted a quadratic programming model proposed by Doyle, which is divided into aggressive strategy and kindness strategy.In the actual evaluation, how to choose appropriate strategy is a big problem,influenced by the subjective will,and different strategy will produce different results.In this paper, two strategies has been used as a case study is presented to verify the feasibility of the model.Finally, summarized the shortcomings and deficiencies of this thesis, and on the basis of the direction for the future of the green supplier evaluation study was discussed.
