A Research On The Method Of Distributor Selection And Evaluation Based On Supply Chain Management

Nowadays, supply chain management is a pop topic in the field of management. The competition in 21 century is no more located among enterprises, but in all the supply chain. The selection of distributor affects the total power of supply chain management. Therefore, the critical step in constructing of the supply chain management is distributor selection. The author analyzes distributor selection and evaluation production inside and outside, and dose lots of researches in the enterprises .It is very useful for selecting and evaluating distributor in supply chain management.The firstly, the author introduces basic theory about distributor selection and evaluation .The secondly, the author makes out basic principle and select method about distributor selection and evaluation index system by analyzing the feature of distributor selection and evaluation based on supply chain management. What's more, the author makes out the distributor selection and evaluation index system. This index system includes two aspects: Inner operation ability of distributor, cooperative ability with other enterprises in supply chain. At the same time, the author puts out a basic method about index date pretreatment which is the index type identical undimension. The thirdly, after analyzing the characteristics about existing model of distributor selection and evaluation, the author provides a mathematic model in which Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, Entropy Method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are integrated. At last, the author demonstrates rationality about index system, practicability and maneuverability about selection and evaluation model.There are two main products in this paper. The firstly, the author builds a set of index selection and evaluation system which is based on supply chain management. The secondly, the author makes out the comprehensive method about selecting and evaluating distributor.
