Suzhou Yonghe manufacturing company limited through the logistics information platform to achieve motorcycle assembly plant, production planning, purchasing, logistics, finance, quality and product engineering information technology to increase the management, through the implementation of JIT production mode, realize mixed batch production, so as to realize the logistics, capital flow and information flow integration operation, improve product market response speed, reduce cost, improve quality, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, greatly improving economic efficiency. The specific research contents are as follows.First, the machinery manufacturing industry logistics development situation and the existing problems were analyzed, and the development trend of logistics informatization and way undertook thorough research.In second, the Suzhou Yonghe logistics cost and logistics management in the analysis of existing problems, on the basis of analysis of the construction of logistics information platform of necessity.
