A Study On The Core Competence Strategy Of Heilongjiang Beidacang Group

Under the condition of settling the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers and building a new socialist countryside, we have got much more development, such as the farming industry. It has become one of the most vigorous industries in the national economy. In recent years, there occurred some farming industry company groups which start at a high economic point and large enterprise scale and developed fast, such as Beidacang Groups of Heilongjiang Province. As the large scale farming industry enterprise group in our city, the development of the Beidacang .It is a stern question for it to keep a sustained, rapid and sound development in such condition.Using the theory of the core competence, the theory of value chain and comprehensive assessment, and using for reference the theory, qualitative or quantitative analysis, following from the positivist view, this article makes a comment on the core competence of the Boldfacing Groups and studies the ways to improve its competence. Starting with the statement of the theory about the core competence of the domestic and overseas scholars, combining the practiceof the Beidacang Group, this article firstly studies its status quo and then analyzes its advantage and disadvantage. System of The business enterprise of agriculture by-product process power enterprises' core competence's evaluation indexesincludes six second grade indicator, 25 third grade indicator . It uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy judgment method to establish model of the business enterprise of agriculture by-product process power enterprises' core competence's evaluation indexes, and so on. According the theory, this article finds the questions existed in the enterprise on the base of analysis of the Beidacang Groups. Finally, using the value chain, this article puts forward the measure to improve the competence capability.This article can use for indicating the farming industry enterprise to improve the assessment standards and core competence, help the Beidacang Groups gain and keep the sustained competition to deal with the outside competitive surrounding, promote the entire development of the farming industry in Qiqihar district.
