Study On The Core Competence Of Domestic Petroleum Enterprise Groups

Based on the core competence theory, and using the economics, the management science, the value chain theory, the diamond principle as well as the sustainable development theory synthetically, the paper discussed the core competence theory of the petroleum enterprise group and analyzed the essential influence factor of the core competence of petroleum enterprise group. Further more the core competence indexes system of petroleum enterprise group has been constructed and has been simplified by using the rough set theory. Unifying the knowledge of fuzzy mathematics, the paper has evaluated the core competence of petroleum enterprise group and based on the appraisal result, from the optimized value chain angle, the countermeasure of promoting the core competence of the domestic petroleum enterprise group has been given.Firstly, the development course of enterprise core competence theory and the results of the connotation, the characteristic, the integrant part and the assessment method of enterprise core competence researched by domestic and foreign scholars have been summarized, and the insufficiency which exists at present studies has been pointed out. At the same time, the value chain theory, the diamond theory and the sustainable development theory have been introduced and the significance to this research has been point out.Secondly, the characteristics and SWOT of domestic petroleum enterprise group was analyzed and the connotation and basal characteristics of the core competence of domestic petroleum enterprise group was studied based on core competence theory and the characteristic of petroleum enterprise group.Thirdly,according to Michael Potter's value chain theory, the diamond theory, and the sustainable development theory, based on the petroleum enterprise group business process and the operation pattern as well as with the external environment relation, the paper has constructed the petroleum enterprise group internal value chain and external value chain, and has analyzed three tremendous influence essential factors of the petroleum enterprise group core competence based on the petroleum enterprise group's value chain, having considered fully the resources, energy enterprise core competence exterior boundedness, and having carried on the attempts in enriching enterprise core competence theory.Fourthly, according to the design principle of the indexes system, and unifying the connotation, the characteristics and the essential factor of the petroleum enterprise group core competence, the core competence evaluation indexes system of petroleum enterprise group has been initially established, and evaluation indexes system has been simplified based on the rough set theory to enhance the feasibility to evaluate the petroleum enterprise group core competence.Fifthly, by use of the enterprise evaluation theory and method, based on establishing the indexes system, according to the characteristics of each sub-indexes system, the assembled evaluate method has been adopted, separately constructing FAHP model based on the simple fuzzy number, based on the triangle fuzzy number Least-square approach FAHP model and based on the risk attitude the 2-tuple fuzzy Linguistic Representation evaluation Model, to envaluated the core maketing ability , the core management ability , the core technology ability and the sustainable development ability respectively. Try to improve the scientificalness of the evaluation of the petroleum enterprises'core competence. Trying to evaluate the petroleum enterprise group core competence scientifically .And to demonstrate by nine petroleum enterprise group, according to the evaluation results the paper analyzes each petroleum enterprise group's superiority and inferiority.Finally, based on the evaluation system and the evaluation result, to optimize their value chain, the present core competence situation of domestic petroleum enterprise group has been studied and the promotion strategy has been proposed. Through the optimization of entire value chain of domestic petroleum enterprise group, the paper fully excavated the valuable information in the value chain, created domestic petroleum enterprise unique value chain, thus fundamentally promoting domestic petroleum enterprise group core competence.
