Study Of Elevating High-technology Enterprises' Core Competences In Heilongjiang Province

For the past few years, the state has vigorously encouraged the expansion of High-Tech industries. As the core of High-Tech industries, High-Tech Enterprises has became a vital force for the development of national economy. Despite the rapid growth of the High-Tech Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province under the support of government, the integral level is in a distance to the High-Tech Enterprises in developed provinces, which makes it difficult for those enterprises to be competitive in the domestic market. With the progressive opening of domestic market after the accession to WTO and deep impact of Global Economic Crisis, High-Tech Enterprises in Heilongjiang are facing vehement competition in both domestic and international market. In response to the intricate changing and heated competition, High-Tech Enterprises need to acquire continuous competing advantages from the elevation of Core Competence.In this paper, the related notions and characteristics of Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises are clarified by the study of Core Competence theory. The paper thoroughly analyzed the constituents and the structure of Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises, probed into the evolution mechanism of Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises using the knowledge of Dissipative Structure. From the analysis of present circumstances and technical evaluation, revealed the deficiencies of Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises. The paper designed an improving path for the Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises:based on the enhancement mechanism, Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises could be strengthened by management of integration. Finally, in order to ensure the enhancement of Core Competence of High-Tech Enterprises, the paper also proposed a safeguard mechanism from the angles of both the external environment and internal circumstances of the enterprises.
