Then, on the basis of using the research results of domestic and international industry theory for reference, the thesis chooses indexes from fact-competitiveness, potential-competitiveness and circumstance-competitiveness, and designs a sort of industry evaluation index system and mode suitable for oil-refining industry. After choosing America, Canada, Britain and Russia to compare with China, the thesis evaluates our country's oil-refining industry competitive power by mathematics'method. Finally, according to the results, the thesis finds out the threats to our country's oil-refining industry's competitiveness and accordingly puts forwards suggestions to raise Chinese oil-refining industry's competitive power.
