| In the recent decades, along with the development of globalization of the intense world competition, the TNCs'R&D forms varies accordingly. So the meaning of the R&D localization is not only the allocation problems of the R&D resources, but demonstrates the greate changes taking place the TNCs'globalization stategy. Lots of TNCs set up R&D centers in China, up to December of 2005, the number of TNCs'R&D centers in China is more than 700. It is more important to study on the situation and influence to our country for the countermeseasure our government and enterprises to make.This paper makes use of many analysis methods such as modeling analysis, quantity analysis and comparison analysis. Firstly, the second part of this article discusses the history, situation and trend of the TNCs'R&D localization strategy in China by use of a great deal of datas, charts for the explaination of the phenomenon and trend by muti-theories in the next part. In the third part of this article, we can see traditional, new theories to explain the phenomenon in China and adaption anlysis: the reason that the TNCs'R&D localization strategy in China. The fourth part of this article put emphasis on the active and negative influence in China of the TNCs'R&D localization strategy in China by applying datas and charts, The strategy accelerates the improvement of industry structure, contributes GDP, increase the linkage and spillover effects in China; however, it results in market competition intence, monopoliazation in knowledge property right and affect the innovation of our country. It provides accoutmeasure foundation for the last two parts. In the last two part of this article, from the view of our government and enterprise, it proposes the accountmeasure of the TNCs'R&D localization strategy in China, which is of the distillate of this article.The paper is a systemic study on the TNCs'R&D strategy, it will be my best pleasure were this study can do some favor for the practice. |
