The study of enterprise talent safety is at the elementary stages now. The purpose of this research is to scientific definite the enterprise talent safety through systematically analyzing the matching organization talent system to management system and harmony developing with environment, and to hole the operation mechanism and the meaning of talent safety. Then it will provide a theory flat roof for the study of enterprise talent safety. Based on this theory and the practical problems in corporations, the paper summarizes some research productions in the past and analyses a great deal survey materials, adopts the qualitative and quantitative indexes, at last, it present the appraisal criterion and prewarning model and the corresponding resolution about talent safety, proves with the real example finally.In the first and second chapter of the paper, the domestic and international theoretic sources are discussed such as about talent,talent turnover and talent safety. Then it recommends some appraising methods in the past and discusses the strongpoint and shortcomings of the theories in existence. Then the signification of the paper in theory and practice is put forward.Chapter 3 as emphases of this article analyses the meaning of enterprise talent safety by discussing the implication and turnover of talent and the influence that corporation management system to talent safety. At last, it gains the operation mechanism and scientific definition of enterprise talent safety.In chapter 4,on the basis of reviewing,we develop an appraisal index system of talent safety according to the statistical analysis data to questionnaire and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In chapter 5, the article presents the resolution talent safety resulting in the control factors based on the practical questions. It is feasible the early warning mechanism.In chapter 6, the paper proves the appraisal system and the theoretic model with empiric analysis on the equipment manufacturing industry.In chapter 7, the paper provides some mending ideas and set forth the direction of this study in the future.
