Harmonious Society Construction And Income Distribution Readjustment

The third session of the 16th National People's Congress put forward the thought of constructing the socialism harmonious society. The harmonious society is a systems engineering, and the comprehensive harmonious of politics, economy, and culture is the only way to the unitary harmony. And the harmonious economic is the basic of harmonious society. The key of constructing the harmonious society is equity and rationalization, and making all members of different social classes sharing production with the economy growing, which are not only the request of social stability, but also the essence requests of the socialism. There are some problems in income distribution currently. The distribution is unfair and the income gap is big. The economic development, system reform and the policy are main reasons, which form the income gap. Irrational income gap affect harmonious society. So we should make the distribution equity and more and more people can share production. This article put forward some countermeasure for distributing justice. Increasing farmers'earing and accelerating work force egality, making labor force obtain employment and working up social security system, supervising the course and result of distribution, and so on. It is significative of adjusting income distribution and it will advance constructing harmonious society, build a well-off society in an all-round way, speed up socialist modernization and work hard to create a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
