At present, the weak ability of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation has become a bottleneck for the development of our society and economy. Therefore, it is the key for enterprises to improve its competitiveness by exploring ways of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation and related mechanisms.This paper has collected, analyzed and processed materials both home and abroad about ways of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation and related mechanisms, which is conducive to study ways of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation and related mechanisms in our country. Under the guiding of these theories, by analyzing the state quo of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation in our country, this paper tries to systematically put forward ways of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation and related mechanisms in our country, on the basis of dynamic model study of enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation.This paper emphasizes on studying ways of cooperation-based self-reliant innovation and operation mechanisms under the conditions of adopting the model of dynamic alliance based on technical innovation by enterprises. As for cooperation-based self-reliant innovation, this paper has mainly studied cooperative innovation in the same industry, in related fields, the integration of production, teaching and research, the integration of government, production, teaching and research. As for operation mechanisms, this paper has focused on investment mechanism, talents long-term motivation mechanism and proceeds allocation mechanism of dynamic alliance based on technical innovation. Thus, it provides theories for enterprises'technical self-reliant innovation.
