| In 2007, the No.1 document of the central committee of the CPC (No.1 document) put forward clearly that developing modern agriculture is the first task and the striving goal for the allround construction of the socialist new countryside and well-off society. And the No.1 document also emphasize that in order to promote the development of modern agriculture, we must make great efforts to improve independent innovation capability of agricultural sci-tech and accelerate the transformation and application of agricultural sci-tech achievements. Meanwhile, we should also improve the contribution rate of sci-tech advance to the modern agriculture and guide the agricultural enterprises to technical innovation. It is impossible that modern agriculture can develop quickly without technical innovation, while the main innovators are the agricultural companies, and they are the most important operator of modern agriculture. So the key to developing modern agriculture is the improvement of sci-tech innovation capability of agricultural companies. In recent years, it is obvious that sci-tech innovation capability of Hebei's agricultural companies has been improved in some degree. However, there are some formidable obstacles in the process of their development.The first three chapters of this thesis studied on the survey of research of technical innovation model at home and abroad, correlative theories, and the practice of technical innovation patterns, etc. Chapter four, through analysing the present situation of the agricultural companies of Hebei, summarized that most of the agricultural companies have some main obstacles in their development, such as the financial obstacles, technial obstacles, scale obstacles, lack of innovative talents and innovative consciousness, management obstacles, etc. Moreover, Chapter four, as the innovative points of this thesis, analyzed the unique three influencing factors of the agricultural companies. And compared with industrial companies, agricultural companies has different impact which financial factors, technial factors and management factors make on technical innovation. Based on the theoretical analysis, Lvling technical innovation pattern was chose as a representative case to analysis the technical innovation patterns of Hebei agricultural companies in Chapter five. Finally, the last part of the thesis put forward the innovation pattern which is possibly suitable for agricultural companies of Hebei by SWOT analysis on the present innovation situation of Hebei agricultural companies. To ensure the pattern realized smoothly, corresponding developing countermeasures were proposed in six aspects:firstly, adopting the Cooperative Innovation Networks of Industry-University-Research Institution form and constituting the technical innovation system with the enterprise as its main body; secondly, buiding the investment system of diversification and socialization to supply financial support for technical innovation; thirdly, taking more attention on personnel training to provide personal storage for the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises; fourthly, binding the innovations of knowledge, concept, management and technology together; fifthly, encouraging the development of leading agricultural enterprises and building up famous brand; sixthly, implementing the green strategy and exploiting international market. |
