In addition, this article analyses the labor service sublet enterprises'and the unsubtle enterprises'cost and profit by the economic and the game theory and the method. By establishing the gamble model between the construction enterprise and the service sublets enterprise under present labor service sublet conditions. Then proposes a kind of new price model (the ZJAW model) according to the quality, time and safe construction site about labor taking on labor working in enterprise. At the same time, establishes train model and give examples to analyze it because of some labor service person unwilling to attend skill train. Based on it, this article constructs the construction service management system and the market movement mechanism, proposes laborer system LIMM model that serve labor flow, information flow and fund flow as the platform, proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion to solve the problems in labor service sublet market.
