Structure The New-type Construction Project Labor Service System

With the development of economy and construction of our country,Ministry of Construction divided construction enterprises into three levels of labor service enterprises with general contracting enterprise of construction , professional contracting enterprise clearly in 2001,and Ministry of Construction plans to set up the total subcontracting system of " Pyramid " shape suitable for market economy and WTO rule progressively .Because of the appearance of labor service enterprises , we should structure the new-type construction project labor service system to protect the legitimate interests of the labor service personnel of the building in this way and to promote the development of labor service enterprise of the building, bring about an coordinated development in construction and safeguard the stability of the society.This paper givethe analysis of building the system current situation of labor service at present correctly, and it has put forward the background , meaning , basic frame and method to study, also the paper use the method of relatively studying and making investigations etc,to study the important factor in the labor service system of the building as followings: the labor service enterprise qualification management system , market access system , system of reporting , punish the system , supervisory system; Labour service contract , labour contract , salary, medical insurance and the industrial injury insures; Safe hygiene facilities; Information platform of labor service; Labor service training; Building labor service at home; Foreign export of labour services of building ; Working norm of the building ,etc., and has the conclusion about research work of the whole thesis finally.
