Labor is the most important social phenomenon, is the social existence and the developmentpremise. Labor relation is the most basic social and economic life, the most important relations,labor relations issues involving the vital interests of every employee, but also relates to the stabilityof the enterprise and development. In modern society, the harmonious and stable labor relations isthe development of a harmonious society the fundamental premise and basis. To construct theharmonious labor relation, is China’s reform enters phase of assault fortified positions, meet newchallenge after entering WTO the objective requirements of labor relations is the society isharmonious barometer, wind vane; constructing harmonious labor relations, to ensure theharmonious stability of the whole society, to mobilize the masses of workers involved in theconstruction of the socialist harmonious society, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises andpromote sustainable economic and social development, have very important sense.With the market economic system reform, labor relations in China have shown a lot of newproblems, the government began to attach importance to improving the protection of labor relationsand the rights and interests of the workers from the perspective of building a harmonious society, inthe labor distribution system and pay more attention to fairness, people-oriented in labormanagement system.However, because of the economic system reform of our country to " givingpriority to efficiency, giving consideration to fairness" principle as a guide, in the process of practiceresult in labor relations in the various problems have become increasingly prominent. At present ourcountry labor relation have unfair income distribution, labor and social security is not perfect,imperfect laws and regulations, labor labor conflicts frequently and many other issues, laborrelations status from the requirement of a harmonious society is put in very big difference,harmonious labor relations construction still shoulder heavy responsibilities.In the condition of our socialist market economy, enterprise managers and the fundamentalinterests of laborers is unified in the construction of well-off society and the great rejuvenation of theChinese nation, is the foundation to construct harmonious labor relations in china. Harmonious laborrelationship has its unique nature and scientific connotation, harmonious labor relations in Chinashould have the characteristics of standardized and orderly, fair and reasonable, mutual benefit andwin-win, harmonious and stable. The construction of harmonious labor relations is a social systemengineering, must start from the labor relationship generation market environment, in view of therelationship between the subjects of labor relations, labor relations and the development of concernof each link, in a timely manner to resolve the conflicts in labor relations, this paper reveals theexisting problems of labor relations at the present stage in our country, and the effective realizationof harmonious labor relations has carried on the exploration on how to solve these problems, it putsforward a series of countermeasures. This paper believes that, to change the current problems inChina’s labor relations, must construct socialist harmonious labor relations through the followingways: Strengthen the concept of building a harmonious labor relations, strengthening the concept ofpeople-oriented, strengthening the concept of fairness and justice, strengthening the concept of socialresponsibility, strengthen in order to promote harmonious development concept; Perfecting themechanism of building a harmonious labor relations, perfecting labor relations coordination mechanism, perfect the supervision mechanism of labor relations, perfecting labor dispute mediationprocess and benefit conflict resolving mechanism, improve the labor rights and interests safeguardmechanism; Implementation of the measures of building a harmonious labor relationship, give fullplay to the positive role of government in promoting a harmonious labor relationship, enterprisemust be clear social responsibility, trade union organizations to give full play to the role of workersto improve their own quality.
