Study On The Index System Of Evaluating Provincial Level Development Zones In Jilin Province

This article is based on the reality of Jilin Province Development Zones, guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents", and based on the macroeconomic and regional economic theory, on the theory and practice of development zones and the theory of the technological innovations; according to the principle of development of the "three main, a committed power" to reflect orientation, it gives first place to quantitative indicators, it gives priority to qualitative indicators, combining the purpose of integrating and feasibility; it is used the provincial economic development zones and hi-tech development zones as the research target. Rules for the Implementation of the development zones in Jilin province's experience and inadequate evaluation, referring to the comprehensive evaluation of the experience of the state-level development zones as well as scholars on the basis of research results, research and design for a provincial-level development zones in the framework of the development of the three sectors of the comprehensive evaluation index system. It is calculated by using the weighted formula, the results are fuzzy scheduling, analysis of comparative evaluation.
