With the rapid development of automobile industry, great opportunity and challenge has been brought to automobile parts enterprises in our country. In order to survive and develop in the increasingly severe competition environment, the small and medium-sized automobile parts enterprises need not only to improve their manufacturing technology, but also to take full advantage of the information technology to enhance their competitive capability. Promoting the manufacturing industry informatization of automobile parts enterprises not only has an auxiliary effect, but also is the only way to existence and development for the enterprises.Based on the idea of lean thinking, this paper has probed into the informatization implementation in small and medium-sized automobile parts enterprises. In order to solve the issues of lack of capital, technology and talent, the APMIS is constructed on the basis of B/S and takes proper, sufficient and low risk of implementation as the main principle.According to the result of investigation on the informatization construction situation in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Liuzhou city, as well as the factual need of manufacture and management of automobile parts enterprises, the function and logistics model of APMIS is established with development approach of information system. By analyzing the system structure based on B/S mode, distributed multi-levels system structure for APMIS is set up. WEB clients are linked with the database by the application of ADO technology. On the basis of the overall design of system, the paper carries on the particular design of several main function modules by taking pull lists as a point of contact, and also discusses the security of WEB application system.The user reflects better after the system applied in practice in Liuzhou Tianpeng Auto Co., Ltd. It will create good foundation and condition for increasing benefits and realizing higher management level for small and medium-sized automobile parts enterprises. |
