The competitiveness of the manufacturing industry comes from cost,quality,flexible processing and response time,and the production mode is the key to gaining a competitive excellence.Lean production originated in Japan,exhibits excellence from every aspects of competitiveness.It is known as the standard production mode of 21~stt century and has become a model for the global manufacturing industry to learn from.If an enterprise wants to occupy a place on the stage of competition and development,it must actively adapt to market needs,find a production management model that suits itself,and seize the opportunity in business operations.This thesis takes GST as a research object and conducts a research on its lean manufacturing to provide reference for GST itself and other enterprises.Firstly,it describes the background of the topic and current status of lean production at home and abroad,and summarizes lean production relevant theory to build a theoretical foundation for the subsequent case studies of the paper.Secondly,with the general situation and development history of GST,it analyzes the company’s lean production practices,achievements,problems and the causes,to provide evidence and support for the case analysis.Thirdly,it analyzes the specific cases and improvement plans during the implementation of lean production in GST,including analysis of preparation factors,infrastructure problems,key factors,etc.At the same time,it proposes future development directions as reference for GST.Finally,with the theoretical knowledge of lean production and the implementation in GST,it consolidates some common problems into case study resources to provide reference for GST and other enterprises. |
