The Research On The Transfer Of Consulting Point In Enterprise Diagnostic Management

The consulting point is the starting point of management consultation activities and the key point of the problem of the accepted consulting companies, The determination of consulting point plays a key role of management consulting value. It is generally believed that the consulting point is the problem the consignor proposed. But the consulting point is often transferred in the process of management consulting. The transfers of consulting point will not only affect the value of consultation plans but also affects the cost and function of the corresponding implementation issues of the accepted consulting companies. By the research on utility value of consulting plans value function body (VFB) on all levels,this study attempts to explore the motivation and direction of consulting point’s transfer and preliminary summary the relevant laws of consulting point’s transfer.Basing on the summarization and analysis of worldwide documents about management consulting value and consulting point transfer and combining the theory of utility value, this study introduces the concept of utility value to the consulting schemes value evaluation, and puts forward the concept of utility value. It divides utility value of schemes into three types:consignor utility value, enterprise utility value and consultant utility value basing on utility value. Meanwhile, it defines and analyzes the connotation of the three types. Furthermore, it establishes a corresponding relation between the scheme’s utility value form and various levels of the value function body (VFB), analyzes the critical success factors of the scheme’s utility value form and extracts the importance evaluation indicators of the scheme’s utility value form. Then by using Analytic Herarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi Method, it builds up the evaluation model of scheme utility value on every level in VFB, and demonstrates the calculation formula of scheme utility value on every level in VFB. Finally, basing on the comparison within schemes utility value of VFB on every level,the study summarizes the relevant laws of consulting point transfer.
