A Research On The Problems Of Rural Financial Ecology

At present, finance has become the core of modern economy, and the rural finance is one important component of modern finance. Along with economic development, rural financial reform and development have been gradually accelerated, and have achieved good results. But at the same time, there are some problems in the rural financial reform and development. The "financial ecology ", which combines the nature of social science "financial" and the natural sciences "ecological" together, is of great significance to solve these problems. Specifically, The rural financial ecological establishment involved with the rural financial ecological internal body, the rural financial ecological external body and rural financial intermediary body has the theory and practical importance. According to this purpose, this essay will analysis and discuss systematically the content, realistic condition, affective factors, development mechanism, existent problems and reasons of the rural financial ecology, in order to find a way to reform and perfect the rural finance to realize harmonious development of the rural finance and the whole finance industry.The whole essay consists of six parts:Chapter 1 is an introduction, which provides the information of brief background ,purpose and significance of this study, research commence, research method and technical way in the national and international study, and the innovations and shortcomings of this essay.Chapter 2 firstly states the concept of the rural financial ecological and the associated features and elements, secondly, it discusses the impact factors of rural financial ecology from the perspective of both the internal and external angles. And then, using AK model and currency deliver theories to read the harmonious development mechanism of the rural financial ecology and the rural economy clearly.Chapter 3 describes the development process and the realities of the rural financial ecology. The interpretation of this chapter is mainly in two ways. One way is a departure from the overall interpretation, and the other way interprets the rural financial ecological internal body, rural financial ecological external body, and rural financial ecological intermediary body one by one. Chapter 4 grasps the essence of existent problems of the rural financial ecology. And then, this essay dissects the reasons to these problems in the respective of understanding, system defects, financial market, structural contradictions and the legal environment.Chapter 5 puts forward the way to build the harmonious rural financial ecology, at the base of analyzing the defects of the rural financial ecology.Chapter 6 makes a conclusion. Based on the analyses above, this part makes a conclusion.The innovations of this paper are:(1)By using AK model and currency deliver theories, the essay analyzes the harmonious development mechanism of the rural financial ecology and the rural economy, which makes the contents more clear. (2)The original research angle of view mostly concentrates on the finance and the ecology aspect, but this article attempts from legal science, new system economy, competition strategy and so on to conduct the research of the rural financial ecology. In addition, this article also carries on the discussion of the function and the localization of People's Bank of China and government in rural financial ecology construction. These are creative points of this article. The deficiencies of this article and following research questions are: (1)From the horizontal aspect, this article regarding the rural finance ecology research is also narrower. From the vertical aspect, the depth is also insufficient, waiting for the further exploration and the research. (2)Because it is difficult to obtain and deal with the data, the text simplifies the research regarding the rural financial ecology influence factors. If used the analysis method of the measurement model, the effect possibly can be better somewhat. (3) The certain dispute questions concerning the rural financial ecology, such as the matters in rural finance ecology "Bankruptcy law" , and some accountants criterion items involved in financial ecology legislation ,the author has not certainly proposed the explicit solutions.
