Current Situation And Improving Measures Of Rural Financial Ecology Under The Financial Crisis

Persistent,fine development of rural finance has important supporting action to rural integer economy.How to accelerat rural finance increasing,there has different explain of different scholar according to different hypothesis.Based on the ecology system,finance ecology was applied in the research of finance development in China.And this is a new point of view.It is the reflection of the fundamental requirements of the new rural construction and systemic and sustainable concept.And it also provides the theoretical and practical meaning for the enforcement of scientific development and the construction of harmonious society.With the serious effect of world financial crisis on rural finance in2008,the rural financial system is being disturbed deeply due to its low ability to deal with the financial risk. Therefore,it’s time to set up the social new rural society and defend this crisis,it is required that the ecology of financial system in rural area should be rebuilt and optimized.With financial ecological theory as the main basis,this thesis analyzes china’s rural financial ecological from two aspects,i.e.rural financial ecological environment and rural financial ecological subject.The research content is as follows:Firstly,the author defines the connotation and configuration of ecology and financal ecology,and expounds the character of financal ecology from the view of bionomy,then,extends the connotation and configuration of rural financal ecology,and classify rural financial ecological environment and rural financial ecological subject,trys to build the3-dimension and4-agents of rural financial ecosystem and gives elaborate explanation.Secondly,the author analyzes the rural financial ecology from aspects of environment which contains the economic basement,politics,law and credit and subject which contains rural financal organization,rural enterprise and rural financal inspection,and then,trys to establish the evaluating criteria system.Thirdly,under the financial risk,the author expatiates the actuality of the rural financial ecology from aspects of environment which contains the economic basement,politics,law and credit and subject which contains rural financal organization,rural enterprise and rural financal inspection.Last,according to problem of the rural financial ecology,and with the evaluating criteria system,the author sets forward the measures from rural financial ecological environment and subject to improve rural finance ecology thoroughly.
