The Study On Chinese Traditional Culture And The Development Of Private Enterprises

Firstly, the author has explained the great importance of linking the studies on Chinese traditional culture and the development of Chinese private enterprises and briefed the present situations of international and domestic relevant studies on it. And then, the author has proposed the general ideas of the essay. That is to analyze objectively the internal relations between Chinese traditional culture and the development of Chinese private enterprises and then utilize the combination of good elements of Chinese traditional culture and modernism as well as postmodernism to speed up the transition process of Chinese private enterprises.In the main part of this article, firstly, on the basis of elaborating Chinese traditional culture, the author has made analysis to the present situation of Chinese private enterprises. The author has affirmed that the vigorous rise and rapid development of Chinese private enterprises have played a very important role in Chinese economic growth and social development. Meanwhile, the author has also pointed out sincerely the shortcoming and weakness of Chinese private enterprises. Afterwards, the author has analyzed in depth the relationship between Chinese traditional culture and the development of Chinese private enterprises. The author has elaborated the overwhelming impact of Chinese traditional culture on Chinese private enterprises' management philosophies and practices, by expounding the origins of the three great Chinese traditional thoughts, namely, Confucian studies, Buddhism and Taoism. The author has affirmed that Chinese traditional culture could possibly satisfy the modern and postmodern development demands of Chinese private enterprises. Thus, utilizing Chinese traditional culture is a necessary and fully reasonable choice. In the last part of this article, the author has proposed the countermeasures for promoting the development of Chinese private enterprises. The author has believed that we should make good use of Chinese traditional culture to build up leadership-oriented, knowledge-oriented, longevity-oriented, philanthropist-oriented private entrepreneurs. Besides, we should also exploit Chinese traditional culture to build harmonious, honest and morally upright, open and innovative Chinese private enterprises, and create the famous brands of Chinese private enterprises. In this way, the author was hoping to promote the rapid development of Chinese private enterprises.
