Research On Private Enterprise Training Management Based On Chinese Traditional Culture

At present,the Chinese traditional culture is infiltrating the Chinese people's thoughts,behavior,values,and all aspects of social life.How the Chinese traditional culture and western human resource management theory,the combination of establish a logical,clear process,orderly operation,effective human resources training system,realize the nativization of human resources training system,systematic and diversified,is an important task of private enterprises to improve management level,and private enterprise human resources management theory researchers and facing the major issue.This paper mainly discusses the modern enterprise human resources management and the organic integration of Chinese traditional culture.This paper analyzes the present situation and the development of private enterprises in China are faced with the problem,analyzes the management thoughts in Chinese traditional culture of the source and the main schools of thought,compared the Chinese traditional management thinking and the different characteristics between the western management theory.Through field investigation,sampling investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the private enterprise human resources training management,mainly from the Angle of Chinese traditional culture,analyzed how to establish suitable for the development of the private enterprise training management system.System combing with Confucianism,Taoism,legalism,mohist school,military,sage,such as vertical and horizontal,the essence of Chinese traditional management thinking,to study the Chinese traditional management thoughts and modern western management theory of integration path.with "cultivate one's morality,governing a country,flat world" this is representative of Chinese culture as the main line of thought,based on Chinese traditional culture of private enterprise staff training system,puts forward the different curriculum system with western management theory and from the leading ideas,the concept of training,and the incentive mechanism,enterprise culture and so on,puts forward the thought of Chinese traditional culture in the private enterprise human resources management training management use specific strategies,According to the development of S of enterprise group management,constructed based on the concept of Chinese traditional culture for its enterprise training system,and achieved good practical effect,for other enterprises in human resource management is now applying the idea of traditional culture provides the reference.
