The Role And Realization Of The Excellent Traditional Culture In The Development Of Chinese Medicine Culture

In recent years, as an important part of our traditional culture, Chinese medicine culture has been included into the National Development Strategies with the continuous strengthening of the construction of cultural soft power. Chinese medicine culture is the foundation and soul of the pharmaceutical industry and the development of it has become an important and urgent task during the new period. How to speed up the development of Chinese medicine culture to lead the pharmaceutical industry’s development, and to play its important role in the reformation of the health care system, has become the goal of the pharmaceutical industry workers and require their seriously thinking and hard work.Based on the importance of the cultural construction of Chinese medicine, this paper describes the background and significance of the cultural construction of Chinese medicine in details in order to arouse the concern and support of social public. Though the introduction of present research situation both at home and abroad, we can know the current internal research results and the direction of its development, and strive to find better research methods.The first part of this paper describes the connotation、principle and significance of the construction of Chinese medicine culture, and introduces the main contents of Chinese medicine culture in details through the research of the connotation of Chinese medicine culture、the cultural development of Chinese medicine institutions、the promotion of the popularization of Chinese medicine culture、speeding up the construction of qualified Chinese medicine personnel、the consolidation of the construction of Chinese medicine cultural institutions and facilities、the promotion of the development of Chinese medicine industry and the expansion of Chinese medicine culture to other countries. It also analyses the significance of the cultural construction of Chinese medicine :it will be beneficial for enhancing the cohesion of the pharmaceutical industry and improving the cultural self-confidence, cultural awareness and cultural self-reliance of Chinese medicine practitioners if we carry out the cultural construction of Chinese medicine actively. The construction of Chinese medicine culture will help Chinese medicine to exert its advantage, create the Brand of Chinese medicine; and it will be beneficial for creating a good cultural atmosphere, to win the recognition of the masses, and improve social effect; it will be beneficial for more people and adding strength to the commonweal.The second part of this paper describes the contents、features and value of our traditional culture. It describes the influence and penetration of Confucian culture, Taoism culture, and the Buddhist theory to the Chinese medicine culture. That ‘Health is benevolence’, the Confucian thought, is the central request for healers. Taoism has played an important role on the occurrence, development and maturity of Chinese medicine. Buddhist compassion of all living beings has become the purpose of medical activities. All of those are reflections of the important role played by the excellent traditional Chinese culture on the development of Chinese medicine culture. The indomitable spirit of patriotism、the spirit of self-reliance、the realistic and practical character and the pursuit of harmony have always been the valuable asset of Chinese people,which has the same meanings of the core concept of the construction of the Chinese medicine culture. The excellent traditional culture will promote the construction and development of the Chinese medicine culture, and the construction of Chinese medicine culture will continuously enrich and propagate traditional Chinese culture.The third part analyzes the current status of the construction of Chinese medicine culture. Currently, in the critical period of reform and development, Chinese medicine has been seen as an unique health resources and a resource that has enormous economic potential、a technological resource with original advantages、excellent cultural resource and also as an important ecological resource. In a word, Chinese medicine culture has been included into the National Development Strategies. Medicine culture ushered in a critical period of great development and prosperity and the pharmaceutical industry ushered in the spring. However, many unfavorable factors exist here, which impact the rapid development of Chinese medicine culture. such as the westernization of the traditional Chinese medicine,the deficiency of the traditional Chinese medicine theory and method、the reduction of the standard of the medical ethics、the missing of philosophical thinking on the Chinese medicine treatment. This paper deeply analyzes the main causes of them and find that the lack of cultural self-confidence of Chinese medicine、the lack of Chinese medicine characteristics in hospital management、the imperfection of the appraisal system of the hospital cultural construction; the dating of the inheritance, and the downplayed reading of Chinese medicine classics are the main reasons.Finally, this paper proposes the paths of propagating the excellent Chinese traditional culture and strengthening the cultural construction of Chinese medicine: remodel the cultural beliefs, outstand the characteristics of Chinese medicine, prefect the evaluation management system of the Chinese medicine, Adhere to the excellent traditional morality,reinforce the learning with the teacher and the learning of Chinese medicine classics, To strengthen the classical learning traditional Chinese medicine,foster excellent Chinese medicine personnel, construct a cultural environment with the characteristics of Chinese medicine. The author hope to identify the bottlenecks in the development of Chinese medicine, and explore new ways to strengthen the cultural construction of Chinese medicine through the analyzing of the current development status and problems.
