The Study On The Influence Of Freeway To Regional Logistics

The regional logistics mainly aims at the logistics activity between the city and town, city and city, the city itself, lines and nodes, every district and every enterprise. In other words, it aims at the flowing progress of raw and processed materials, semi finished articles, finished products and so on from providers to demanders. The freeway makes a more and more effect in quickening the integration of regional economy, promoting the economy increase, also in realizing harmonious and continuable development between the regions, between the roads and nodes. The study of the influence about freeway to regional logistics have a important meaning to perfecting the theory of regional logistics in our country and quickening the development of modern logistics.The influence about freeway to regional logistics is the aim of this article. Firstly, the influence about building freeway to regional economy, transportation system and modern logistics is analyzed qualitatively.Because the building of freeway promoting the development of regional economy fast, and the development of regional economy is the power of the demand to regional logistics; So it can make new influence to the demand of regional logistics. As a result, the logistics quantity by the freeway is studied. The methods of forecasting the freightage quantity by the freeway is given. Because the total freightage quantity on road can't be involved in logistics wordload, so the word coefficient is introduced, the logistics quantity is got by modifying the result with the average proportion of classified goods in the total goods quantity; and an example of the high way between Guangyuan and Bazhong is given to prove the method.When the freeway is build, it may influence the regional logistics facility (logistics center) and selecting position, thinking of this .The model of selecting position basing the influence of the freeway to logistics center is built in the article. Firstly, the basic theory of the logistics center is expatiated, also it put forward the aim of the selecting position,guide line and influential factors aiming at the characters of the freightage by freeway. The optimization model is established basing the most least gross cost .In the model, travel time function model is introduced to reflect the influence about the freeway more better, and Baumel-Wolfe algorithm is given, by the above the optimization project can be solved.At last, the influence of the freeway to the regional logistics is quantitatively analyzed.By the theory and methods of the regional economy and regional logistics planning, combining with the fact of freightage by freeway, the problem about the influence of freeway to the regional logistics is systemic studied in this article. It hopes to provide regional logistics planning and the development of modern logistics with something valuable for their reference.
