In recent years,with the vigorous support of the state for the logistics industry and the refinement of consumer service demand,major e-commerce platform enterprises have shifted their strategic objectives to the logistics field,and the logistics infrastructure subordinate to online shopping supporting services has been well developed.For e-commerce enterprises,the third-party logistics and self-service logistics are still in the exploratory stage in China.Consumers tend to shop in enterprises with higher quality of logistics service.High quality logistics service means high investment of e-commerce platform in logistics infrastructure.The construction of logistics distribution center is one of the most important links in the construction of logistics infrastructure.Therefore,the rational layout of logistics distribution center plays an important role in the development of logistics business of commercial platform.Based on the background of self-run logistics network of e-commerce enterprises and the operation mode of e-commerce enterprises and the characteristics of warehouse distribution logistics,this paper puts forward the layout structure of two-level logistics distribution centers of e-commerce enterprises,which includes regional logistics distribution centers,regional front-end logistics distribution centers and urban nodes.Firstly,in the location of regional logistics distribution centers,we use Rayleigh's law and economic gravity model to construct a logistics economic gravity model,which takes online purchase order quantity,population size and transportation time cost as factors.We improve the K-means algorithm based on density,and use the logistics economic gravity as similarity index to solve the model.Secondly,in the location of regional front-end logistics,considering the two objectives of economic cost and customer time satisfaction,a bi-objective programming location model of regional front-end logistics distribution center is established,and the model is solved by simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,the paper takes H company's regional logistics distribution center and regional front-end logistics distribution center as the case study object,collects data and solves the model,obtains the optimal location scheme of regional logistics distribution center and regional front-end logistics distribution center,proves that the model and algorithm provided in the paper are practical and feasible,and explains the selection of regional front-end logistics distribution center.Address model is helpful to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve user experience.
