Logistics management thinks of the article's dynamical flow as its major research object, and discovers essential relationship among such logistics activities as transportation, storage, loading/unloading and carrying, package, distribution, circulation process and information handling, which allows them stand out from economic activities. Among them, warehouse system as producing time benefit of logistics system is an extremely important subsystem, which is a bridge between supply and consumption, and functions as a cushion and balancer too. Consequently, management research on warehouse system becomes one of focuses of logistics management research during these decades. The development of warehouse management is beginning from the module based on inventory, then, using the information technology to manage the inventory. After that, internet is implemented to improve the inventory storage and transportation. Taking LiaoYang JieLi cosmetic distribute centre inventory as an example, this paper tries to research and analyze this key and new problem by using the diagram analysis. The paper firstly systematically introduces status and existing problem in warehouse management, then sets forth the diagram analysis in warehouse management, and analyses the phases of order processing, orientating and macroscopical aspect: To find out the problems in each phase of warehouse management by drawing the diagrams of "attribute class", "convey class", "sort ABC distribution", "turnover distribution" and "month action distribution". Then constitutes strategy and increases the storage efficiency. This paper brings forward the technical feasibility of diagram analysis, draws the diagrams by using Excel VBA to query the Access2003 database. Then analyses the phases of the processes in the warehouse management, and provides the gist for instituting strategy.
