The logistics enterprises in China are facing more and more intense circumstance with China's entrying into WTO and economy becoming global.Our logistics enterprises can not meet the need of better logistics services because of economic system.The task of logistics enterprises transferring to modern logistics enterprises is urgent. The third party logistics (TPL) is a new logistics form, which presents itself in the developing process of logistics theory and practice. It is an outcome of logistics specialization and integration. Along with the development of economy globalization and the new markets, more and more companies tend to use services supplied by the third party. After more than ten years' development,the TPL markets have put up the haracteristics with high potential, high increment speed. We believe, the Third Party Logistics will be the main logistics form in 21 century. The background and significance of the topic are illustrated firstly in chapter one preface . Then the article try to give the definition of logistics and third-party logistics(TPL) and reveals their developing status.The article combines theories with practice.I advise warehousing logistics enterprises transfer to modern warehousing third-party logistics enterprises by analyzing the problems and their reasons of warehousing logistics enterprises . And then I bring forward and describe the development strategies that be suit for Wuhan Henggang Logistics 662 Warehouse after analyzing its status and its developing environment.At last, the article prospect the development strategies of warehousing logistics enterprises, and summarize the whole article.
