AD Company is a state-owned large-scale construction group, in the face of rapid current change of construction market and its own conditions, AD Company is reforming its system. The development and administration of human resources of the corporation is facing a great challenge because of the adjustment and change of the system. This dissertation makes an in-depth research for the human resources management of AD Company by means of information induction, interview and questionnaire. Meanwhile, it proposes some practicable countermeasures about the human resources management. This paper has not only a realistic significance for guiding the management of human resources of this firm but also a referential significance for other SOE reforming its system at present.The main body of this dissertation consists of four parts. The first part makes a theoretical narration about the meaning and character of human resources, and the meaning and content of human resources management. It provides a theory support for the research of this article. The second part introduces the evolution and current situation, and specialty of AD Company in the industry. It analyses the essentiality and significance about system reforming. The third part analyses the mind of staff during the course of changing system. It comes to a basic conclusion by researching the problems which exist in the present human resources management of this firm. The fourth part proposes some countermeasures about improvement which aim at both the minds of staff during the course of shifting system and the problems which exist in the present human resources management. These countermeasures strongly assure the enterprise of rapid development after its system changing. Their principal contents include establishing modern type of organization and administration, modern corporate employment system, scientific performance examining system, reasonable payroll system, sound motivation mechanism and restrain mechanism, favorable corporate culture, and standard training system.
