The quality of construction has direct effect on the competitiveness and survival of enterprises. The profit of the intermediate merchants will be gradually reduced in the fierce competition. Based on how the intermediate merchants improve own management to adapt the market and some changes in the management of manufacturer on the intermediate merchants, how to coordinate them better to answer the market becomes an important topic in the market nowadays.For the intermediate merchants, they have the common, that is, to find out the value of existence, although different eras determine the different core competitive advantages. For the manufacturer, the main sales activity of commodities is distribution, that is, finish the exchange and transfer of commodities from the sphere of production to that of consumption. Transfer the products by cooperation of members of channel to ensure to satisfy the demand of the consumers timely. As a result, the contact problems between the manufacturers and consumers are solved effectively in the frame of market economy. Any enterprise trying after the profitable position in the fiercely competitive market to realize permanent operation must pay attention to the construction and management of distribution channel.This paper analyzes the distribution system in the northwest market of M Company, one of the 500-top enterprises in the world. Furthermore, it presents the measures to improve the existing problems.Firstly, Chapter One sets forth the general theory of the distribution channel management and introduces the species and characteristics of functions, types, members of the distribution channel. Chapter Two mainly describes the forming, development and effect of the distribution channel. Chapter Three lists the experience of distribution channel management of well-known companies at home and abroad for reference. Chapter Four refers to the northwest distribution channel management system of M Company and make the analysis of the existing problem among the intermediate merchants. The last Chapter gives the improvement measures of M on the current distribution channel system. |
