The major purpose of this article is to introduce the exertion of e-business deployment in JJC company distributor management mode under the concepts of ECR. It also roughly introduces some overview of JJC Company, FMCG industry and distributor management model of JJC as the background information.Through the introduction to the design and deployment of e-business deployment in JJC Company distributor channel, it analyzes how JJC Company manage its distributors through the e-business platform. At last, under the constantly change of the environment in the FMCG distributor industry and the continually updating condition of the distributor management concept, this article puts forward suggestions to the problems existed in the JJC company distributor e-business deployment. It hopes to provide references and lessons to other companies which are processing the e-business deployment to the distributor channels.
