Huayao Co., ltd is a medium-small sized electronic components manufacturer. It started from manufacturing transformers and extended its products line to power supply in 2003. Face to the increasingly severely competitive industry environment, how to find the suitable way to develop Huayao 's marketing? It's the issue that this thesis hope to study and figure out.The thesis first introduces Huayao's development history and present status. Follows is the company's marketing environment analysis which is analyzed by some theory knowledge and method the author learned through MBA study. Then it uses SWOT method to summarize the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunity, threats. In the next chapter, the thesis uses STP strategy method to choose target market and company position for Huayao. In the fifth chapter, it comes to the tactics planning analyzed by market mix method which can tell company how to do after deciding what to do. In the last chapter, the author puts forward prospects on the company's development.
