"Marketing is the activest in management ",more and more new challenges have come in market,every enterprise must take reactions not only to keep the old customers,but also to attract more new customers. These environments ask that companies make efficient marketing plans and they are carried out well. All the things are important subjects in all morden managements.With the development of morden management, now the notion of company has become marketing notion from the old concept of production and peddle. Even the marketing has been the whole function. For forming the good cycle that attracts customers ,keeps customers and finds customers .From the beginning of comprehending the needs of the customers,They use different marketing tactics and marketing mix to meet the market demands,so they have gained considerable profits. For the long-term development of enterprise,it is necessary to investigate that making of marketing tactics are scientific,carrying out is smoothy and effect is anticipatory or not.Now Amway(china) ltd. carries out "diversified marketing tactics" .It depends on about 200000 sale-deputies and direct salesmans that ability and quality of the people are difference, some is good but others are mental deficiency or feeble-mindness. In general,it illustrates the marketing tactics of Amway(china) Ltd. are successful,according to its thirteen year's rapid development and becoming a transnational enterprise that has a large influence. What marketing tactics Amway(china) ltd. done and how they were carried out are the maintopic that are described in this paper.Intergating the circumstances and chances that Amway(china) ltd. faced with,this paper interpreted the marketing tactics and marketing tactics mix in thirteen years that ahave been made,carried out and being carry out from its foundation thirteen years ago to now, "Stones from other hills are good for working jade-another's good quality or suggestion whereby one can remedy one's own defeats."
