Empirical Study On The Technology Innovation Capability Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Anhui Province

With the development of world economy globalization, international competitionbecomes more fierce and technology innovation capability and activities have becomethe impetus and source of survival and growth of enterprises. Especially for the largeand medium-sized industrial enterprises, self-cultivation of technology innovationcapability is the key for the growth of enterprises. In this situation, how to evaluatethe current situation of technology innovation capability of enterprises, how toestablish an evaluation system of technology innovation capability index ofenterprises and work out countermeasures of promoting technology innovationcapability of enterprises, have become the important matter.First of all, this paper defines the connotation of technology innovation capability,based on the relevant research and theories worldwide, it is believed that thetechnology innovation capability of enterprise is a comprehensive capability system,which is made up of multiple-capability. It is enterprise as the behaviour body oftechnology innovation that can implement and complete the multiple-factor oftechnology innovation behaviour, which are organically combined and integrated insome structural way. Secondly, this paper analyses the current situation of large andmedium-sized industrial enterprises in AnHui province in recent years. The first partis the summary of overall circumstances of large and medium-sized industrialenterprises in Anhui province, including enterprise scale, industrial feature, regionalfeature and the characteristic of different kind of enterprises. The second part is thecurrent situation of the technology innovation capability of large and medium-sizedindustrial enterprises in Anhui province, which is carried out mainly in five fields: thebasic condition of technology innovation,the input of technology innovation,theoutput of technology innovation,the exterior environment of technology innovation,the strategy of technology innovation, and on the basis of these, it offerscorresponding appraisal, pointing out the places of success and the existing problems.From the analytical thoutht, on the one hand, this part is in lateral comparison with those in some other provinces, from which it presents the great gaps between largeand medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui province and those in otherdeveloped provinces. On the other hand, from the analysis of the vertical indicators oflarge and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui province in rencent years, itcan be found that in general the technology innovation activities of enterprises havebeen increasing each year, and the technology innovation capability has beenimproving constantly. Thirdly, this paper proposes an index system for evaluating thetechnology innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises inAnhui province, adopting Factor Analysis, analyses the data of Anhui and other fivemiddle provinces and finds that the main factors of influencing the technologyinnovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in these sixprovinces are: the input of innovation funds,the quality of innovation,the R & Dcapability and innovation level. Through comparing the evaluation of innovationcapability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the six provinces, itdeeply reveals the advantages and disadvantages of these four aspects in Anhuiprovince. Finally, in order to enhance the technology innovation capability of largeand medium-sized industrial enterprises in Anhui province, according to the analyticalresults of the former two chapters, this paper puts forward the thread for realizing itand proposes measures from the construct of exterior environment and self-capacitybuilding of enterprises, thus provides references for Anhui province to developtechnology innovation capability of its enterprises.
