Study On The Kvaluatiortof Technological Innovation Capability Otlarge And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Liaoning Province

Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises are the leading force in thenational science and technology progress. They concentrate most of the resources inindustry development; take a country’s responsibility for improving enterprisetechnological innovation capability and competitiveness. If the enterprise only rely onthe introduction of technology, it is easy to form the technology dependence,heteronomy and difficult to independence in economy. Independent innovation hasbecome the fundamental path of large and medium-sized enterprises’ sustainabledevelopment. Liaoning is one of China’s old industrial bases, which concentrates lotsof large and medium-sized industrial enterprises. For a long time, the sources oftechnical transformation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Liaoningare mainly depending on Imitation and introduction. Because lack of independentintellectual property rights technology, the technology innovation ability is generallylow. This is a direct lead to product competition weak, and Liaoning local economicdevelopment lags behind. This paper choose the topic of the evaluation oftechnological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprisesin Liaoning, hoping to discover problems through the evaluation of technologicalinnovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Liaoning,and solve problems. Ultimately, realize the goal of enhance the ability oftechnological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Liaoning.Based on the important position of large and medium-sized industrial enterprisesin Liaoning development, this paper first describes the research background andsignificance of evaluation of technological innovation capability of large andmedium-sized industrial enterprises in Liaoning; reviews the relevant literature fromthree aspects: technological innovation, innovation capability and evaluation ofinnovation capability; on this basis, confirms the method of evaluation oftechnological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprisesin Liaoning. Second, the paper describes the basic situation of technologicalinnovation and development of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises inLiaoning, by using relevant indicators for four years, discusses the overall trend of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Liaoning.On this basis, select the date of31provinces of large and medium-sized industrialenterprises in technological innovation in "China Statistical Yearbook on science andtechnology", based on the perspective of comparing these provinces date to do factoranalysis. Through factor analysis, we identified three main influencing factors oftechnological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises:input and output factor, industry factor, policy factor. According to the score of thethree factors of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrialenterprises in different provinces, we get the ranking of Liaoning in31provinces.Finally, according to the different factors’ ranking, discuss the advantage and disparitybetween large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Liaoning and otherprovinces, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions for improving thetechnological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprisesin Liaoning.
