| As a world economic phenomenon, industry cluster has drawn much attention of people. We can say that international economic competition in nowadays is the competition of industry clusters, which have been the key to determine the industry competitiveness and economy vitality of regions. Since the reform and opening-up in China, clusters of Zhejiang province have developed a lot and received great achievement. However, in the current situation as knowledge economy age and economic globalization, the inner insufficient and outside restraint of clusters of Zhejiang province become appearing day by day. So, it's very important to study the improvement of the competitiveness of clusters of Zhejiang province.This article firstly gives a literature summarization about the theoretics of industry cluster,regional innovation network and competitiveness of industry cluster to make the theoretic foundation of the whole article. Then analyses that innovation is the source of the competitiveness of industry clusters, and discusses the non-linear mode of innovation. Based on this, the article brings forward that regional innovation network is the foundation of improving the competitiveness of industry clusters and analyses the effect of the improvement, which is maily to improve the persistent innovation ability of clusters. After that, the article analyses the improving mechanism of the competitiveness of industry clusters based on regional innovation network from two aspects as the formal innovation network and imformal innovation network. Based on this, the article study the case of the industry cluster of Shengzhou tie, deeply analysing the improving mechanism of regional innovation network to the competitiveness of industry clusters, which provides a support of the theoretic research. Then the article research the current situation of clusters and regional innovation network of Zhejiang province with the questionnaire and some related data, discusses the existing problem. At last, some useful strategies and suggestion on perfecting the regional innovation network and improving the competitiveness of clusters of Zhejiang province are put forward. |
