Research On Competitiveness Of Logistics Industry Clusters Of Liaoning Province

With the rapid development of regional economy and technology, logistics industry clusters, as the "accelerator" of national economic growth have also received widespread attention. More and more logistics enterprises gradually attach to logistics industry clusters to promote the profit, efficiency and sustainable development. The competitiveness of logistics industry clusters can not only reflect the regional logistics development level, but also can reflect sustained and rapid development of related industry, so the research on the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters is very important.First, this paper analyzed the current situation of competitiveness of the logistics industry clusters in Liaoning province from the resources, facilities, environment and other two aspects, and found out the main problems of the competitiveness of the logistics industry clusters in Liaoning province : low quality of labor, poor communication network construction, insufficient service innovation ability; Then, this paper analyzed the driving factors of logistics industry clusters competitiveness by Cobb-Douglas function from the logistics resources, industry environment, infrastructure, market and so on, and put forward the formation mechanism of logistics industry clusters competitiveness in Liaoning province with the structure equation model; Next this paper constructed the logistics industry clusters competitiveness evaluation index system based on the driving factors of formation of logistics industry clusters and GEM model, and evaluated the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning province with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze river delta region based on the cloud model, founding that competitiveness of logistics industry cluster in Liaoning province is between "general" to "better", and poorer than the competitiveness of logistics industry cluster in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, but much poorer than the competitiveness of logistics industrial clusters in Yangtze river delta region; Finally, from the logistics resources, industry environment, infrastructure, market, enterprise, this paper put forward the five paths and suggestions to promote the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters in Liaoning province.The research on the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters is not only beneficial to the health, sustainable development of logistics and related industry, but also helps to promote the regional competitiveness and upgrade industrial structure.
