A Case Study Of Informationalization Of Tax Administration Of A Provincial Local Taxation Bureau

Tax environment is affecting capital flows and one of the most important factors.In the current background of information technology, we face with the challenge of social, demographic and economic aspects.The tax authorities should develop business and IT strategic objectives and corresponding strategies to address the increasingly serious challenges. Therefore, tax administration informationalization is increasingly becoming the tax authorities can not be ignored and avoided the issue. A provincial local taxation bureau of this article is facing such environment and one typical example.In this paper, we study the profound impact of strategic choice, industry characteristics, organizational structure, culture and philosophy of tax and other factors in the form of case of the informationalization of tax administration. At the same time,we draw on both theory and experience to analyze the scope of application and the feasibility on other local taxation bureau.Based on the principles of enterprise architecture and innovation management, combined with the actual situation in A Provincial Local Taxation Bureau, a few principles are put forward:completing the integration of business and it strategies; actively promoting organizational change; changing from tax to service administration; initiatively changing cultural ideas. We make suitable feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the characteristics of A Provincial Local Taxation Bureau to a certain extent, which can overcome the short-sighted plan to improve satisfaction of employees and taxpayers, improve management efficiency, and reduce tax administration costs.
