The aim of total motivation system is mobilizes, protect, excitated staff's working positivity and potential. Lead staff like position and working hard, go after excellence. At same time realized oneself's value and creating good performance. Perfact total motivation system was already became the hard core of compensation management. This thesis tries to find out the existing problems in SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical corporation's total motivation system by the way of connecting motivation practice contents of the company with the compensation and motivation theory, and intends to find the solutions to solve those problems.The thesis includes seven chapters. Around corporation strategy and human resource management, thorough analyzes the motivation system, tries to find the ameliorating measure. First, introduced the corporation's development course, analyzes human resource status and management aim. The third chapter introduced the corporation's motivation system and measure in differ phase. chapter four further analyzes the actual motivation system and tries to find the existing problems. Based on this diagnosis, connecting the motivation theory, encloses inside equitableness and outside rivalrousness, then bring forward the ameliorating measure. |
