Preliminary Exploring About The Multiplex Community Care System For The Elderly In Rurai Area

With the aged tendency becoming more and more serious, the issues of the aged have caused widely concerns around the world. As china has been"aged before riched", the resolvement of the aging problem have a bearing on the whole situation of economy and society development, as well as the construction of"harmonious society". Particularly, because of the low income level, the reducing of the family scale and the lack of professional care services, the greater part of the aged population in rural area which occupied 3/4 of the whole, is facing the predicament of nobody helps especially in their later years. The author argued that to build a multiplex community care system for the aged in rural area, which can polymerize the forces from all of the family, society and government, will provide guaranteed later years for the aged in countryside.The multiplex community care system for the aged in rural area, on the one hand, emphasizes the responsibility not only of the family, but also of the whole society, especially of the community through which many social resources can be intergraded into the cause; on the other hand, argues that in order to provide guaranteed later years for the aged in rural area, the government has to bear more responsibility on the legal system construction as well as the financial investment.Comparing to the inclination of most studies that consider more in economic factors and urban situations, the author takes a wider angle of view. The method of this research is to compare the real demand of the aged in countryside and in town on the basis of some date analysis. After analyzing the result of the research above, the author raises some measures of aging service for the aged in rural area that may be beneficial to the development of the aging cause and the construction of"harmonious society"in china.
