With the economical globalization tendency further expansion and China's joining WTO, which made the competing environment fundamentally changing. The scope of competing has enlarged from domestic companies to global firms. Domestic enterprises will not occupy the advantage in international fight relying on traditional management pattern and obsolete management idea. It made us rethinking and repositioning our companies, and we must have revolutions, of course with obvious target—customers'value. And that's why I choose this paper topic.The theory of Re-engineering Corporation appearance on last century 90's first day after to propose arouses all quarters interest, and then European and American countries'many enterprises started in abundance the BPR project, but the defeat rate is quite high. Domestic enterprises also started the attempt from the later 1990s, the effect is not ideal. Although BPR gradually lost its charm, with people watching and thinking over the Re-engineering Corporation more rationally, they found that the theory itself is not the main reason for failure but the design. This article writes the goal is wants to unify the customer value theory to inquire into the Re-engineering Corporation system, and causes it rationalization as far as possible.This article first reviewed the related theory which contains the customer value and the Re-engineering Corporation; Then proposed the system of Re-engineering Corporation based on maxing customer value, which research on the reason of high defeat rate in Re-engineering Corporation, the relation between customer value and re-engineering, finally establishes the model which re-engineers Corporation; The paper fourth chapter discussed and researched the BPR based on maxing customer value proposed BPR's frame and some technology related like how to choose the essential processes; The paper fifth chapter discussed and researched the relation between organizational structure and BPR, and has established the non- traditional process-organization; The paper sixth chapter discussed and researched the relation between the system of HR and BPR, and proposed to establish an HR system based on maxing customer value; The last chapter researched the relation between company culture and BPR which contains the influence of before to BPR, and then proposed a method for re-engineering company culture which named"Four-Stage".The Author considers the Corporation Re-engineering as a complicated systems engineering, and the BPR is the core, but cannot limit merely to the flow engineering. Otherwise, we could neglect the Re-engineering as a whole, and which is the main reason of failure of Corporation Re-engineering. This article wants to construct a relatively complete system of Corporation Re-engineering which contains the BPR based on customers'value and its support program: organization reengineering, HR system reengineering and culture reengineering. The innovation of this article is the research on relation between customers'value and business process, organization, HR system and corporation culture, and the Author also tried to construct a system based on it. Because this item involving a lot of contents, and the length is limited as well as the level is limited, the paper has some places inappropriate.
