Study On The Formation Mechanism And Evaluation Index System For Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability

To enhance the independent innovation ability of enterprise has a very important role to the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness, the improvement of the industrial independent innovation ability and the international competitiveness; also have important role to the improvement of national independent innovation ability and the construction of the innovation-oriented country. If want to adopt effective measures to enhance the independent innovation ability of enterprises, we need to understand the dynamic system and the impacting factors of enterprise independent innovation, need to study the formation mechanism of independent innovation ability, also need to have a better understanding of the independent innovation ability level of enterprises, that was how to establish a scientific, rational, viable evaluation index system of independent innovation ability. Only by fully understanding the independent innovation ability of enterprises, efficiency and practical policies measures can be taken to improve the independent innovation ability of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the dynamic system and the impacting factors of enterprise independent innovation, the formation mechanism of independent innovation ability is explored, on this foundation, the evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation ability is constructed, the independent innovation data of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in 10 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, is used to the demonstration analysis. Specific details content are as follows:(1) The 1st Chapter of the thesis is the research background, purpose and significance, the research summarize of independent innovation, also the study content and methods. (2) The theories of enterprise independent innovation ability research are described in the 2nd Chapter. The origin, connotation and extension of technological innovation theory are introduced; the content, dialectical relationship of constituent elements, three models of enterprise innovative theory are introduced; the content, features and the three models (original innovation, integrated innovation and the introduction-digest-absorb and re-innovation) of independent innovation, the connotation and content elements of independent innovation ability are also introduced in detail. (3) In Chapter 3, the dynamic system and the impacting factors of enterprise independent innovation are analyzed. The dynamic system of enterprise independent innovation composed by the government supported system, market forces system, internal dynamic system and social support system; the linear dynamical system model of independent innovation of enterprises is established; from both internal and external of the enterprise, the two aspects impacting factors for independent innovation are analyzed. (4) The formation mechanism of enterprise independent innovation ability is explored in the Chapter 4. The formation mechanism of enterprise independent innovation ability is defined firstly; The formation conditions of the independent innovation ability of enterprise are analyzed from several aspects, such as the human capital, innovation cooperation, technology diffusion and technology transfer, enterprise technical study: Finally, the endogenous mechanism, exogenous mechanism and the integration between the two mechanisms of the formation of independent innovation ability are also analyzed. (5) In the fifth Chapter, the evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation ability is constructed, the independent innovation data of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in 10 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hunan, Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Sichuan and Shanxi, are used to the demonstration analysis by principal component analysis method. (6) In the sixth Chapter, the main conclusions and innovative points of the thesis are described, and the inadequate points of the thesis are also analyzed, and the research direction in the future is pointed out.
