Under the position that the globalization of economies going deep constantly, the progress of science and technology changing quickly, the competition of market become scorching increasingly, human resource has exceeded the substance capital and currency capital, and became the most important production factor and heading of creating fortune, as an important stratagem of an enterprise. Being the largest insurance company in China underwriting, the China Life Insurance Co, Ltd has obtained a significant progress in the reform of joint-stock system. Until Jan. 2007, it becomes the unique financial corporation in domestic companies, which comes into the New York, Hong Kong and China Mainland stock markets. Under this background, the China Life Insurance Company Shaanxi Branch has cognizance of that being the main incarnate of core competitive power, human resource is the dominant factor, which can adapt the inside and outside position developing continuously, can keep business a leading position in the market. Whereas, that is a problem always puzzles the administrator of company, how to manoeuvre the staff's enthusiasm in all levels, exerting the advantage of human resource by practicing the concept and method of administering modern human resource. This treatise summarizes the problem and reason existing in the current inspiration system, by analyzing the current inspiration to the staff in all levels of the China Life Insurance Company Shaanxi Branch using the relative theory and analysis method of administration knowledge of human resource, and combining the statistics datum of questionnaire on the working satisfaction to the staff. On the basic of above, we have constituted an inspiration system, of which the station management as foundation, performance examination as key, salary designs as core. At the meanwhile, we have done an instructive exploration on spirit and long term inspiration to the staff.Adopting the modus of combining the theory and practice, consulting the methods of correlated financial companies, the treatise analyses the current distribute system of Shaanxi Branch according to the quiz survey to the staff in all levels of the China Life Insurance Company Shaanxi Branch. At the same time, we have established a new inspiration system to the Life Insurance staff under the instruction of inspiration theory domestic or overseas. Therefore, this inspiration theory has a certain basic theory as well as quite strong pertinence and feasibility, not only has a certain guiding significance to the inspiration system to the staff of the China Life Insurance Company Shaanxi Branch, but also has a certain value for consulting and reference to other Life Insurance Agent or Financial Company.
