Now it is the time for business globalization, which is particularly determined by the fast development of information, telecommunication and transportation infrastructures. Although the globalization gives companies many opportunities, it also makes them face more threats from the global competitors. Under such a condition, a huge number of firms are seeking to increase their competitive strength by a variety of ways. One critical factor for companies to survive and development in a competitive environment is an effective system of human resources management, and the performance examination system is the top priority. Performance examination became the important role in the daily management of these companies. They also meet the problem of how to build an effective and suitable system for themselves.This thesis regards the performance examination system of plural employment in Zhonglian Company as the main research object. Compares with the previous performance examination system, this thesis starts with the basic theories of performance examination, and the current exist management performance of Zhonglian Company, then analyses some questions relating the current management. This thesis concludes that company should take many kinds of method and theory of performance management such as object management, key performance management, 360 degree examination, to set up an effective system that meet the company's strategic object and current management performance to put forward to human resource management.
